My RLT lamp has 120 LED lights, each light has 1 pc 660nm red light (visible) and 2 pcs 850nm infrared light (invisible). This is the best combination wavelength to penetrate with thermal effects, promoting blood circulation and improving cell vitality.
Trigger Point Therapy
Very deep pressure, muscle focused massage. Focus is on applying deep pressure for longer periods of time, with plans of releasing trigger points.

I do not have a pregnancy table - if you are able, you will lay on your side, or your back. I will NOT preform massage therapy on clients in their 1st trimester. If you have any complications/concerns, or questions, please reach out to me before booking.
